Specially cooked with Basmati Rice, flavoured with Cardamon, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Saffron and garnished with Egg. Served with a Vegetable Curry.
Passanda – A delicate preparation of Yoghurt, Cream, Coconuts, Almonds and Wine providing a mild, rich creamy texture
Kurma – Delicate, Cooked with Cream, Almonds and Coconut.
Butter – Coated in Butter, Cream, Herbs, and Spices producing a beautiful mouth watering dish.
Malaya – Delicious, cooked with Pineapple.
Kashmir – Exotic, cooked with Lychee.
Lucknow – A mild Curry with spices, Mushrooms and Cream.
These dishes can be prepared with the following:
Sobjee (Medium to Mild) – Cooked with fresh mixed Vegetables, flavoured in a Spicy Sauce of Onions, Green Peppers and Tomotoes.
Makhani (Medium to Mild) – Cooked with medium Spices, Green Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes.
These dishes can be prepared with the following:
Bhuna – A very garnished dish, extensively treated and a little condensed, but one of the most tasteful.
Dupiaza – A delicious dish enlivened with a fine sauce containing slivers of Onion. Very tasty.
Mughol – A combination of Asian and Indian Spices with Lychee and Egg. All prepared with rich spices.
Sally – A famous Parsi wedding dish, cooked in a spicy sauce, lavishly garnished with crisp straw potatoes.
Palak – Fresh Spinach flavour, with Garlic.

Rogan Josh (Fairly Hot) – With Tomatoes and Onions, cooked in a special sauce.
Madras (Fairly Hot) – A rich fairly hot taste, extensively prepared with Garlic, Chilli and Tomato Puree.
Bengal (Fairly Hot) – With Onions, Tomatoes, Green Peppers and Boiled Egg.
Dhansak (Fairly Hot) – A combination of Spices with Lentils, Garlic, Lemon with Sugar, producing a Hot, Sweet and Sour taste.
Pathia (Fairly Hot) – Sweet and Sour.
Vindaloo (Very Hot) – Very Hot dish.
